I enjoyed my stay at the Express in Kyiv! The place was super clean, and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after exploring the city. Though there were some issues like a broken shower and tiny sink, the location was perfect for getting around easily.

Conveniently located near the city center with friendly staff. The room had a comfortable bed and a decent view, perfect for unwinding after exploring Kyiv. The shower water pressure could use improvement.

We enjoyed rich and excellent breakfasts!
We booked a well-equipped and silent room with a nice view on the boulevard. The venue's position was central.

The location is fantastic, being in the heart of the city with easy access to an array of attractions and public transport. The bright rooms come equipped with cable TV and a refrigerator. The dining experience is quite pleasant with European specialties served each morning at the restaurant.

The view from the 12th floor room is a real highlight, giving a nice perspective of the city. The proximity to the metro makes it easy to dart around the area without hassle.
The shower was broken, which really cramped things after a long day. I dealt with a tiny sink that felt more like a dollhouse fixture, and hot water was in short supply. Be prepared for potential confusion over payment, as contrary to bookings, you'll end up paying at the hotel, a bit awkward. Oh, and breakfast? Let's just say the burnt omelette didn't hit the mark.

Clean venue with large breakfasts and terminal views. Had clean and absolutely brilliant room and a fairly nice stay for flighttransfer over night. A storage space, a safe box, and crisp white sheets - very useful. Perfect, kind people working here. The very central location close to a tube station. Central area.

The boiler provided only a limited amount of hot water. The reception's comment about the building displacement showed a lack of attention to detail. I also noted issues with the breakfast. The omelette served was burnt.

The location was superb. Not too far to walk to the station and the city centre..Many shops and restaurants nearby. Metro stop a short distance from the hotel.
No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.
